Trusted Financial Services uses the name, email address, optional phone number, interests, preparer preference, referral details, and consent choices supplied through this form to manage VIP registration, provide requested resources, and send updates through the channels you select. The CRM may also record submission time, IP address, browser information, and referral or campaign parameters to operate the form, document consent, and measure referrals.
Authorized TFS staff, preparers, and service providers may process registration information for these purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Registration information is retained as needed for the waitlist, requested services, consent records, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

VIP Registration and Messaging Terms
MISSION: REFUND VIP registration is free and provides early announcements, early access to available appointment slots, a complimentary checklist, and giveaway announcements. Registration does not book an appointment, establish a tax-preparation engagement, or guarantee a refund, refund amount, appointment, or prize.
Email and SMS marketing are separate optional choices. SMS updates will start only after messaging registration is approved and valid consent is recorded. Message frequency varies.
